PAYMENT and CANCELLATIONS
• Coach will hold and maintain a session for Client at a time that is suitable for both once payment has been received.
• Coach and Client will arrive on time, allowing sessions to begin and end on time. If client arrives late, sessions will not run long.
• If Client is more than 15 minutes late without calling, texting or emailing, the session will be canceled and Client must pay in full.
• Client must notify Coach at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or pay in full.*
