Jamie Elmer
and Coaching
With over 25 years of experience as a teacher, trainer, mentor and coach,
Jamie works closely with clients to effect change, reach goals, and find fulfillment. Jamie brings a special blend of experience, training, and empathy to her work. She offers focus, understanding, and support to her clients and partners.
Together, you'll hone in on where you feel unfulfilled in your career, and why. You will work to find your strengths, and your weaknesses, and understand how they impact your choices and your results. Jamie will support you in your goals for change, and hold you accountable in the process. You'll work together to create actionable steps to get you unstuck, and moving toward a fulfilling and balanced career.
In addition to career coaching, Jamie is the founder of Movement Therapy Company, a movement therapy practice focused on pain management, longevity, and healing injury. Jamie works online and in-person with private clients, focusing on strength, balance, and posture.

Jamie has a BA from CalArts, is a certified Martha Beck/Wayfinder Coach, an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach, a graduate of Duke University's Integrative Yoga for Seniors program,
a Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT500 and YACEP teacher trainer,
